If your credentials are in a language other than English, you may submit a certified translation by a U.S. translation service together with the original official documents. Otherwise, you may choose an A2Z in-house translation. An in-house translation is only prepared for evaluation purposes. A separate word-by-word translation is not provided. To confirm that a certain language is available for an in-house translation, please contact A2Z Evaluations, LLC.
If it is determined that your credentials need to be translated by an outside translation service, you may choose A2Z Evaluations, LLC to outsource the translation for you. A2Z Evaluations, LLC submits photocopies of your credentials to a certified translation service and then informs you of the estimated translation fee. If you approve the fee, the translation service will prepare a separate word-by-word translation and submit it to A2Z Evaluations, LLC. As soon as the translation is received, A2Z Evaluations, LLC will prepare the evaluation report and mail the word-by-word translation together with the evaluation report to you. The fee for the word-by-word translation is paid to A2Z Evaluations, LLC in addition to the processing fee and the fees for all other requested A2Z services.
