You may request additional official evaluation reports in the initial application or within five years after the date of completion of the initial evaluation report. Additional official copies are identical to the initial evaluation report and can be mailed to multiple addresses. Additional official copies of an evaluation report reflect the evaluation policies in effect at the time the evaluation report was completed and are not revised in any way.
